You couldn’t ask for better customer service. Eric kept me informed every step of the way. When he found something that needed repair that I didn’t expect, he explained what the problem was and how it would be repaired, and why. His approach was one of educating me which I truly respect.
Just had my Ford Explorer fixed at Southpark and they did an excellent job. Provided quick service and explained all repairs in detail. Replacement parts guaranteed for 4 years, 48,000 miles too.
