Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Communicated with me before doing any work on the vehicle and were straight forward with their findings and recommendations. Gave good advice that was honest and trustworthy. Would highly recommend!!
SouthPark Auto also welcomes me to come in the SAME day. They are resonsive to my day and how to reach me once an initial diagnose is made. They give upfront costs and prioritize the work so I know what is critical to correct. They have a monthly Lyft account that can be used by the customers for free. They are always very courteous.
My first time with Southpark Tire & Auto and they offer an elevated level of service. I just went for an oil change but they went completely thru my car checking to see if there were other issues that needed to be addressed. Fortunately there weren't any at this time but its good to know that they want to identify upcoming problems before they become a headache.
Not sure name of who I was working with but we had a miss communication on cost to repair my brakes. With out hesitation he made it right and adjust price as I had understood. I really appreciated this. The difference was significant and I as not prepared for that total. Leaving, it made me smile in most cases people just don’t do things like that any more. Restored a little faith in humanity for me.

We drive over from Aurora to Highlands Ranch location for their tech support, and service writers that know their business and for their diagnostic skills. Superior service, support, and explanations of what is does to our vehicles.

You couldn’t ask for better customer service. Eric kept me informed every step of the way. When he found something that needed repair that I didn’t expect, he explained what the problem was and how it would be repaired, and why. His approach was one of educating me which I truly respect.
