My husband hit a curb during the recent blizzard and several days later we noticed our tire rim was severely bent along with the tire. We weren't sure if the tire or rim would need replacement. My husband called and spoke with John and he told us to bring it up at our convenience to have him take a look. I brought it up the next day and John took it and bent the rim back and balanced it free of charge! I had mentioned possibly needing some new brakes soon and he said he looked at them and they looked good still. We will definitely be back when we need our next service.

We have a business & continually need service on vehicles, business and personal. We have been coming to Southpark for about 12 years & feel they are trustworthy & are always accommodating.

Talk about convenient! They dropped me off in the morning, looked at the carand gave me an estimate. They had all the work done by the end estimate of the work day,picked me up from work - no of the work day,picked me up from work - no rides from friends, no getting off early to deal with it

but even more importantly honesty and good advise...they take great care of all my vehicles for over 20 years. They make sure i have all the information I need on what services can wait and what we need right away. Always polite gentlemen and excellent service.

My wife stopped by this shop to ask about accessing the rear tail light in a Lexus SC 430. I just had knee replacement surgery last week and have a "hitch" in my giddyup" so wanted her to research the access location. Anyway, the owner John not only showed my wife but put in the bulb for free. The access is a bit more complicated than one would think. What a nice person to do that for her I can assure him we would have no qualms about taking any of our cars to his shop. Doing good deeds pays off in the end.

Did a poor job grinding down my rotors and cost me a lot. Went elsewhere and got them replaced for less. Won't be back.

I've had great experiences with these guys in the past and they are great at communicating with customers. I recently took my wife's car in for an alternator and a new battery and they wanted to charge me over $800 plus a $60 charge for testing my battery and alternator. I replaced the battery myself for $100 and had the alternator replaced by someone else for $440. If you can afford the mark ups then you should have a great experience.

In the past when we have used an alternator and battery of lesser than original equipment quality we experienced a high failure rate. We are sure that you can understand the inconvenience of having the car fail because of inferior parts. By installing a Toyota original equipment alternator and a superior quality battery you can be assured these electrical components will give you uninterrupted service for many years to come. Quality parts cost more which might explain why you think we “mark-up" our parts more than usual. As always, it is ultimately our customer’s choice on what they would like to do when we quote them on any part and/or service. These guys are the best. Always honest, fair, and good with communication. I've never once had a billing/pricing issue, and never once have they performed shoddy work, or work that I did not authorize. The quality of work and business practices is top notch, and I prefer them to many well known local garages like Keller Bros.

Once again, the charges at the shop are double what I was quoted on the phone. Are there any honest mechanics out there?
