Can't say enough about these guys. Honest, reasonable rates, fast service.We brought our 2013 Grand Cherokee Limited in to Centennial Chrysler Jeep for a checkup before selling it. The dealership tells us the rack and pinion was leaking out both ends, and the power steering fluid was completely drained. $1800 to replace the rack and pinion. That sounded suspicious to me for a 2013 vehicle with only 62,000 miles on it. They said they topped up the fluid for us, free of charge.So I brought the Jeep in to the great guys at SouthPark Tire and Auto for a second opinion. The guys at SouthPark tell me: one end of the r&p is completely clean; the other end of the r&p has some grease grime on it, but is definitely not leaking; there is a support strut under the r&p which is completely clean, so there is no way the r&p could have been leaking. Also the power steering fluid was very dirty and needed to be flushed - likely it was NOT refilled recently. Cost to me - $150 for a power steering fluid flush.Going to bring all my vehicles to them for service from now on.

THANK YOU South Park tires for another satisfying experience with our cars. Your continual remember is very important to us since we do not take on trips anymore and, at our age, a little forgetful about checking the "service"time or mileage aspect of maintenance.

These guys not only were able to help me with what I needed, but John TOOK THE TIME to EXPLAIN AND SHOW ME exactly what I needed see.He helped me understand the situation so that I could make the decision myself.With my lack of knowledge in the field they TOTALLY could've taken advantage of me and DIDNT!!!!!!. My husband hit a curb during the recent blizzard and several days later we noticed our tire rim was severely bent along with the tire. We weren't sure if the tire or rim would need replacement. My husband called and spoke with John and he told us to bring it up at our convenience to have him take a look. I brought it up the next day and John took it and bent the rim back and balanced it free of charge! I had mentioned possibly needing some new brakes soon and he said he looked at them and they looked good still. We will definitely be back when we need our next service.

Talk about convenient! They dropped me off in the morning, looked at the carand gave me an estimate. They had all the work done by the end estimate of the work day,picked me up from work - no of the work day,picked me up from work - no rides from friends, no getting off early to deal with it
