Will politely answered a car question for me that I couldn't ask any friend, relative, or neighbor because I didn't want to lose face; then they would know that I didn't know. --Besides, no one else ever would have figured out how to re-insert my charging plug into my cigarette lighter port just by sliding back that little switch on the back of the plug!

I'm never going to the dealership again. These guys gave my 2012 Versa the once-over, got me new tires and a new rim in a day, and solved a long-standing grinding noise that the dealership said they could never hear. There was a rebate offer for new tires going on, and they filled out the paperwork for me! Status was clearly communicated and all work was approved by me before they did it, with upfront pricing. I'm looking forward to my next service appointment, because I know everything will be taken care of.
