Winter doesn’t just affect us -- it affects our vehicle too. With winter quickly approaching, we will be breaking out our scarves, jackets, and other cold-weather items. Just like how we are preparing for winter, our vehicle needs to prepare too. Cold temperatures can negatively affect individual components of your vehicle, which subsequently affect your vehicle’s performance. We encourage you to bring your vehicle to our shop, so our technicians can thoroughly inspect the following parts of your vehicle and provide a little extra TLC if needed: Tires: When your tires are exposed to cold temperatures, the air in your tires will contract, which leads to your tire pressure dropping. Low tire pressure can result in poor traction and, even in difficult situations, tire failure pressure.
